Walk Route: We start by ascending north-west along a good track until we reach Dirt Pit. Terrain then becomes farmland and after we cross Etters Gill there is a short steep ascent.. Continuing across fields, we soon reach a tarmac lane and drop down to the old Methodist Chapel on the B6277.
