Walk Route: From Frosterley Station car park we walk through the village along the northside of the river Wear and use the footbridge to cross the Wear to Broadwood Quarry. After crossing the quarry we walk along the south bank of the river to the caravan site near Landieu Farm. A short steep climb to the south across farmland brings us to East and West Biggins Farm. Following the Weardale Way SW towards Harehope we then turn north towards wise Eel Bridge and return to the station car park.

Toilets: The nearest toilets are in Stanhope Dales centre or Wolsingham
