Wolsingham Recreation Ground is a hot ticket after school and at weekends in the summer. There is a parking fee (currently £2) but free parking is available at Market Place, near the village centre. Combine your visit with a 1.5 mile walk, the Wolsingham Family Walk which starts from the Recreation Ground, the details of which can be downloaded HERE from the Wolsingham Wayfarers website.
From the centre of Wolsingham take the A689 towards Stanhope and the Recreation Ground is on the left after 400 yards.
