Weardale Tuesday Walkers
Crow Coal Hill trig point from Eastgate

Walk Route: We climb gently up to Bewdley Plain past many abandonned farmhouses and then on to the Crow Coal trig point. The final part of the return is quite steep.

Starting Point: Eastgate Village Hall car park. Coming from Stanhope at the entrance to Eastgate turn right into Church Lane which is 100 yards before the Cross Keys pub. The car park entrance is on the right after 150yards. Nearest postcode: DL13 2HU

Toilets: The nearest toilets are in the Durham Dales Centre in Stanhope.
